detailed description:The feast of the Madonna della Salute is a popular religious event founded in 1836, in thanksgiving to the Madonna for the end of the terrible plague epidemic of that period: since then, every year, a procession is organized through the streets of the village, carrying a statue of the Virgin, so as not to make the memory vanish.
In the evening, instead, enlivened by music and dancing, the "Festa dell´Agola" takes place, for which, according to tradition, food and wine stands are set up to offer local specialties, including the unmissable agola. , a precious species of lake fish now in the process of extinction, which was once the poor dish in the diet of the inhabitants of Lake Garda.
